I will admit I've never heard of Keto and I like to think myself open to new things. Image my surprise to finding this cookbook. While no one in my family have epilepsy I am always on the lookout for new diets and recipes.The book was well written and very informative including the down falls of the diet and what to do if it happens.As a person who doesn't eat eggs somethings I wouldn't make for me but I would my child or someone else.I look forward to trying some.

I was looking for a simple book to follow that provided easy to follow recipes and menus. I didn't want to have to think about what I was going to cook. I'm not a picky eater or too much over weight, just looking to change my eating habits and lose 25 pounds. The recipes are very good and very satisfying. Every recipe is easy to follow with some minor errors. Read the entire recipe first. Doing so will save you a lot of heartache. Ingredients are either missing from the ingredient list or in the directions. No big deal if you're an experienced cook. There are no pictures, but then again that wasn't a priority for me. Been on the diet for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds. First week 6 pounds, second week 2. I expect an average 2 pound a week weight loss from here on out. Which is ideal for me.

Read this book in one night. Am fascinated on how this diet works on my 20 year old son who is a personal trainer. I'm 60 and addicted to sugar. Have been slowly weaning myself, lowering the carbs and sugars in my shopping and eating. Looking at labels and even visiting health food stores. Reading this book and looking at the recipes makes it a lot more appealing. Now to get started on exercise.....

I want to try to lose weight with the Keto Diet and my friend recommended me this book. In this book, I learned about the basic rules of the Ketogenic Diet, found answers to commonly asked questions about it and most importantly gained access to 7- day meal plan and fifty easy, delicious, and nutritious Keto-friendly recipes. I found this book very useful. It is well written and easy to understand. The recipes are easy to follow and very detailed. I liked this cookbook and I'm glad to have it in my library. I recommend this cookbook for those who want to be fit and healthy.

It contains overview of Ketogenic Diet history and basic rules that should be follow if you want to see good results when practicing this amazing diet. The given 7-day meal plans really help you to get started to achieved healthy weight in just 21 days. Great book.

I love how simple it lays out the plan and explains ketosis. The recipes are great. I have been doing keto WOE for almost 2 months. I am in my 50’s and this is the easiest plan I have ever tried. My husband decided to do the WOE when he saw my food. He thought I had better meals than him. It helps when food looks appetizing. This is probably saving my life.

The book delivers on it's title. It also has 4 separate meal plans and the recipe for every meal included, providing some much needed inspiration and variety for me to try in the kitchen whilst following the keto lifestyle!

The guide is a good introduction. I think it we could be better with more positive vibes at the beginning. It seemed as though the author was trying to convince you not to do it because it was difficult. I did enjoy the recipes and started on the diet today.
