This is a very interesting way to de-stress, the concept is very fresh and economical. No need to hire an expensive therapist to cure your stress and make you feel better, all you have to do is read this book, it will help you a lot and it will teach you all the basic things about EFT. Plus, the author's writing style is good which makes this book a great read!
I found this book to cover more in it's limited pages than another book on EFT I bought with over 300 pages. Mr. Moreland gives more than one technique in his book and as I have used all three versions of tapping, I found the Heart exercise worked the best for me. I am over 70 years old and have used many different self help processes over the years and I find this one works for me. I have faith it will work for you.
